Weddings Ceremonies with seating up to 125.
Enjoy 24 hours of access for setup, decorating, rehearsal, ceremony, and cleanup.

Wedding Receptions with table seating up to 100
Add to your wedding booking our downstairs reception area. Note: the basement is NOT wheelchair accessible and no on-site food prep is allowed (we don't have a commercial kitchen). 6' rectangular tables included for up to 80 people. Chairs & round tables (if prefered) are not included in the rental at this time - you will need to rent them separately.

Cleaning Waiver (optional):
Let us take care of the cleaning tasks that are otherwise required by all renters. Setup/tear down tasks still apply.

Audio Technician Honorarium (optional):
A designated staff/volunteer is required for the use of our sound, lyrics, and media system.

Basic Livestream Technician Honorarium (optional):
Provide a very basic livestream on a private YouTube link to family and friends unable to attend in-person.

A 50% deposit of total booking price is required for securing the rental date.
All renters are required to purchase their own event insurance policy.
